The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

4) Information and Broadcast ministry - Why can't we modernized our Channels? Its gives feel of black and white arena and no one like to watch them. Even on Digital connection we dont even know on which number DD channel comes on. Can't we make our channels in HD and hire better events for TRP We need channels like 1. Music, 2. Cartoon for kids 3. Economic channels If you dont know how to increase the TRP of channels then better hire EKTA Kapoor for a year

3) PM& FM & Home ministry- Can we open an account against our debt to the world bank and IMF and allowing people to contribute directly to reduce the debt on nation? We are 125 crore of people and even just 1 percent of that will contribute to it 1 rs per 1 day we will be less to 1 crore debt per day. But this should be live account where every one can see what is the total debt and what amount is contributed by which person. EVERY THING SHOULD BE LIVE for every one to access.

Hello Modi Sir, I am well aware that you are keen to develop and maintain portals for government offices. I would just request you to keep a complaint registration section on which higher officials should always keep a eye on. Please keep strict deadlines on such projects.

few suggestions for ache din ( Its just from what I faces and feel that its effective majority of people which can easily be removed) 1) HRD ministry - Why don't you make single application form rule to apply for all colleges.? Every student applying for MBA have to spent 10000 Rs. just to apply for the colleges and that wont. Its a business for colleges to get more candidates for xams and earn money by making such frauds

Watch the movie Ungli ... Hey I am not promoting the movie.. Just give the jerk to all the MP who got elected on riding the dream on PM Modi.. Its seeming only he is working and rest all are sleeping. There is NO single step taken by each Minister which support the statement of ache din. Even if they had done 1 single step for their constituencies per month till now they have reached 6 good works for people. We don't need major changes to make ache din...continue....

After honourable PM's initiative for clean INDIA, all contributing to clean INDIA mission. It might be PM's initiative, but our duty. The honourable Prime Minister brought into light the issue that affects the health of INDIANS and the INDIAN image in other countries. But I would like to bring into light some related issue to cleansing INDIA with due respect, I humbly request PM to ask people to stop sticking posters on wall for Clean INDIA. I know just his words to nation will make difference.
