The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Hello Sir, I with my son age 6yrs had come to visit the ships today 29/11/2014 at 1:30 pm as my son was eager to see the Warships but unfortunately the experience of management of naval officers were very bad, as the naval programme stated that the timings were 9:00am to 6:00pm we and many people were standing in the queue for long long hours and suddenly at 3.30 pm the door closes and naval officer tells public that it has been closed for the, it this how the management of Navy is in India.

Provide the code to the students for enhancement and suggestions from community to make it more effective by ensuring collaborations from stud nts,colleges,university in technology domain.

Digitisation is a good initiative introduce by govt. It can help us to stop the corruption by using intelegentally. 1) In all govt offices there should be CCTV which connected directly to the minister offices so that no one can play from it and it should be installed it every cabin irrelevant of his post. 2) We should use the technology as much as possible so that manpower involvement should be minimized and their process time can be tracked.

respected sir,i have a suggestion based on OS incomputers ( like win7,win8,linux,mac,). all Indians use MS win7,8,xp,(all r paid cost approx amt.rs 8000/-),and other Ms softwares are also paid like ms office (ms word , ms excel ,ms ppt approx amt rs 7000/- based upon ver.) so we Indians pay nearly Rs 16000/- per pc,multiply it with no. of computers in india. (nearly 100 crore per year)We have Free OS LINUX which i/c all free softwares So we can save 100 crore per year.we need research

To, The Prime Minister of India. Subject:- Suicidal attempt by Railway contractor in UMB division of Northern Railway. Respected PM ji, There is lots of talking about transparency, corruption, e-tendering etc. In Railway, but no one is taking any action about corrupt officers and there tactics to loot the Govt. money. Since last few years, Railway stop payment of the contractor’s bill from the months of Aug. & Sept. to till March end every year. For six months each contractor sits at home idle

Sir Please do something for poor childrens. Sirf constitution mein working age limit 18 banane se kaam nahi chaal raha hi. Aaj bhi aap ko easly chote chote bacche(10 to 20 year) road side DAABA ya Hotel per bartan saaf kerte huye mile jaenge due to their family financial circumstances at the age of studying and playing. So please make any kind of PROGRAMME in which EARNING ke saath-2 STUDY bhi ker sake.
