The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Drug menace may be curtailed by ariel survey by drones to find cultivation of Ganja plants on hilly areas. Flying squads with full power to enter the area to charge the culprits. Though it is the very basic scrutiny it would yield very powerful result. Strict law with heavy punishment will curtail the vendors from selling to college students.

Bring some new foreign broadband companies which provide ultra high speed internet connections. All Present companies such as youbroadband, BSNL, reliance are not reliable. Their servers are down once in a month. It is very disgusting for foreign travellers and employees. I have experienced foreign internet service providers. They work amazing flawlessly without a single problem in year..

Dear Mr PM, There are millions of working professionals like me, who would be more than willing to work for Govt as volunteers part timely or full time for a brief period by taking sabbaticals from corporate life. The skills and expertise of professionals would act as a force multiplier for your initiatives and development of our country. There should be Govt policy where employees from Pvt sector who want to work for brief period in Govt sectors should be given unpaid leave.

Respected PM Sir,Digitization of land revenue records is a must for curbing the black money menace that is plaguing India. All holding should be in Dematerialized form with strict KYC enforcement. This will go a long way in a smoother buying /selling of land and tracking of all transaction by the law enforcement departments on a real time basis and weed out all benami holdings all over India that the people have and bringing money into the main economyy.Regards

THE BAGGERS SHOULD BE TRAINNED AND ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN SKILL AND THERFORE THEY WIL HELP OUR COUNTRY TO BE DEVELOPED & ALSO THEY CAN EARN MONEY FOR THEIR LIVELIHOOD

Respected Modi Ji : If we want to pay Road Tax for our Vehicle in other state then that should be through Online website of RTO, not through DALAL/BROKER. Today i went to RTO Office(Bangalore Koramangala BDA) to pay road tax for my two wheeler but it is impossible if you do not go through a DALAL/BROKER. Please stop this by paying all tax through online. We all have PAN card, so we can pay all TAX even if it is Road TAX or anything we should do it through online. So that we can stop BLACK MONEY.
