The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Sir, Please do something for the vulnerable condition of People working in IT industry. They wear branded clothes but there health us very poor. How a nation can be build superpower when its youth is not Healthy. These foriegn companies are sucking the employees as there is not no work relarted law in Information Technology. People not getting the proper sleep because of work pressure. Save Youth of the Country. In short, Software is killing the youth. Jai Hind.

In governent school(delhi) upto 7 standard the ethic class should b taken by principal/teacherl once in week about traffic rules(how to cross and took the bus)to avoid accident and Etiquette and social front issue and grown up child have ability to take negative thing early so the way to address them in good way or boost the student about their interest in subject

NPA in Banks, Reasons, Effects& Remedy There is no relation between NPA and salary revision. Banks chiefs are govt representatives and so they want more dividend. Banks business and profit had grown manifold, so it wrong on our part to see in efficiency, NPA come along with the Business. As risk can not be mitigated 100% so is the NPA. I have a humble submission for review of Batman (Orderly) or 'Sahayak' system in in the Armed Forces/ Paramilitary Forces in the country. The system can be replaced with some Allowances to the respective officers or at all if there is any need of providing Sahayaks than at least that should not be a Army Jawan, who is enrolled for Combat Duties. A separate recruitment can be made for the purpose which will solely be for this purpose. The Jawans getting freed from this duty can be redeployed.

आजादी के इतने समय बाद भी गॉव के आवासीय जमीन का कोई रिकॉर्ड सरकार के पास नहीं है जमीन पर जिसका कब्जा उसी के हक मे अक्सर फैसला हो जाता है गर आज के समय मे गॉव की आवासीय जमीन को सरकारी रिकार्ड मे ले लिया जाय तो गाव के बहुत से बिवाद कॅम हो जायगे और कोर्ट को फैसला करना भी आसान हो जायगा ....!
