The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Dear Prime Minister Ji, I am totally taken back by the mass massacre at 'gadhimai festival'.Please watch it at YouTube(http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=quvkfkU-KZk) I am sure once you see the brutality against innocent animals,in the name of our religion, you will definitely take strong action to stop this nonsense. Also please look into the illegal operations of slaughter house in U.P and other states of India. Thankyou.

petrolium sector is a challenging sector and have great potentiality in economical sector.India does not have any petrolium source so if we create our own petrolium source then its a great opportunity to us. we use petrolium as a many things as like of fuel in a car. so if we use bio-oil which is nothing but a mixture of alcohol- benzene- petrol then we reduce the exportation cost of petrolium. also we should use coal as source of petrolium , but it has great amount of use in USA as a fuel.

Sammaniy Modi Ji. Kaala Dhan Wapas Lane ke Liye Rs1000 or Rs.500 ke Notes ka Currency Format change Kar de. OR EK Fix Date par OLD Currency (Rs.1000 or Rs.500) Bank me Deposit ke Liye Notice Issue kar de. Us date ke Baad OLD Currency ki koi Value Nahi Raahegi Notice me ye bhi Hona Chahiiye. Eska Effect ye hoga ke Desh ke Ander ka Saara Kala Dhan to Ayega hi Jo Pasisa Bahar Deposite hai Wo Bhi Ayega. Otherwise Kaala Dhan Kewal Kagaj ka tukda hoga. Thanks
