Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

if we reduce its price by encouraging more produce it can be a good alternate for sugar and it will in turn uplift the marginal farmers and poor farm laborers and in future it will induce them to grow more palm trees which will help in the green cover of the country and will also earn them a livelihood.palm is equaled to cow in our ancient scriptures it is high time that our government gives a lending ear and provide a clear path towards its fructification.this will reduce the migration.

by constructing more check dams a state like tamilnadu will do well to reduce the agri power usage by half.in order to did sand the successive governments are not using this method to store water which in turn make the fields waterless and causes migration of farm laborers to cities and towns causing a swell in the population of cities and also many slums like structures.if we can provide there people a means of livelihood in their vicinity and basic healthcare and education we can stop this
