The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Modi ji is desh me Aapne abhi tk koi bhi kanoon To door aapne aaj tk koi bhi Charcha Gau ma Ke vishay per Nahi ki Aapne koi prastav nahi laya Mai manta hu ki abhi satta me aaye bahut km samay hua hai per aapne in 6 mahino me koi aashvashn bhi Nahi diya or desh me katlkhano me roj anginat Gau ma ki hatyaye ho rahi hai Hame apne aap per sharm aati hai apne aapko Hindu kahne per Ki jiski aastha or vishvash or Gau ma ki Garima ko nukshan ho raha ho Vo apne Bharat ko Khushhal kaishe dekhe?

sir transmitting of power generated from one part of the country to the other part itself causes huge transmission losses by swapping of power and using electricity in the nearest places of the generating plant itself will save the losses due to transmission and more transformers and sub stations will also help.in a state like tamilnadu where there is no check dams will not help in energy conservation as too much power will be required for drawing water from the bore well.

why SP-office Gorakhpur(up) are not working properly to clear their pending work related to passport inquiry.we are waiting for last four months for updated information in passport web site.Please take some action regarding this. Hi....I just want to give suggestion regarding wearing helmet in city...People on bike doing robbery with wearing helmet...There should rule that no helmet in city as if they wear helmet and do robbery they cannot be caught in CCTV Camera...Please take against the same..Thanks Hetal Shah............

Sir,please think for an insurance(Health,Medical & Accident) policy for all the govt.employees both for Central & State Govt. to ensure their right to health & right to livelihood.

Sir,the first phase of BG Work is going on Lumding-Badarpur-Silchar route in Badarpur Railway Sub-Division,Lumding Railway Division under NF Railway.The second phase of work will be from Badarpur-Karimganj-Agartala.But,unfortunately Karimganj-Baraigram-Dullabcherra MG route is now closed.This is badly effecting the local poor people.It is also time killing by road.So,please take necessary action into it for the time being until & unless the BG Work is going to be started in this said route.
