The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

I took my first step in sharing my views towards better India by signing up to #mygov site. Excited, obviously. Need to update the interface of the mobile enabled website. Oh and btw, Namastey India. :)

my dear pm mene eshi thiking is liye he ki hamare country ka maximum youth Tobacco, Drugs & Alcohol ka asikar huta ja rha . or yhi youth hamari indian army se bhut pyar bhi karta he to hame unko is trh se jagruk karna he ki vo nashe me pesha n dalkar indian army ko donate kare kisse muje lagta he youth ko ham ashe se 100% nhi par 10% to thik kar ske to ham country ke million koright way par la skte he dear pm sir please ap meri is sauch par ek bar jaruru najar dalna pankaj kumar(aligarh .

sir let us clean all our system from beginning first thing is our traffic police system should be digitalised.. our traffic police will stand in all circles and enquire regarding documents.. it is there duty to check but if they stand in every circle and enquire regarding documents just think how time is wasted for common person.. last week i was having all documents and got checked for more than 8 times by different police constables pls do something sir this is not the problem of single city

To Surface transport minister: All Highway food joints are charging customers at higher rates than MRP. Allow ordering through mobile apps etc and this will reduce corruption and can be a source of revenue. Even today people are paying higher without guarantee of quality.

my dear pm apko hath judkar namste meri country ki youth population 150 million he meri personal thinking yah he ki ap ek account indian army ke liye open karo or vo account esha huna chahiye jisme every person 10 rs se uper jitna chale jama kar sake .esha karne se agar india ke every youth ne mini one year me 10rs bhi jama kare to hamare pass army ke liye 1500 million rs hu jayege .or is money ko ham apne desh ki seautury security ke liye use kar skte he bus security ke liye .

For Rly Minister Suresh Prabhu, Two ideas to generate cash- 1. Restrcit the % of employees who can travel in reserved coaches on railway passes and concessions to 10% or lower. This will ensure that ordinary people are getting more options and misuse of passes is restricted. 2. Use the food and beverage supply as major revenue option. Most of items like chocolates, cold drinks, water is sold above MRP today and railways get nothing.

Honorable Prime Minister, I belong to Baghmara constituency based in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. I am a huge fan of urs. i still cdn't blieve how you gave BJP ticket to our existing MLA Dullu Mahato.He is a listed criminal wid tons of cases on him incldng beating of a SHO. people are scared of going out in night only bcse of him snce his team incldes all the categories of criminals like thieves, robbers, rapist. Sir, i rspct u a lot nd u r my icon, bt this was seriously not expctd. Hope u do smthng.
