The idea of PPP model in girls education is good but there should be strong control on private partnership. Because there are many cases in India that the PPP models are helpful to private entrepreneurs rather than fulfilling the govt. objective. There are many NGOs which are work good in initial phase but after some time they withdraw their interest in effective work.

Although many NGOs do useful work in India there are many NGOs that actually obstruct development. I really appreciate your efforts to rein in such NGOs. I am also pained by the fact that many social science scholars from abroad, even of Indian origin, do field work in India, and then write "influential" articles that are actually done in an incompetent fashion, are very partisan and against Indian national interest. I wish this can be reduced, if not prevented altogether.

Public private ownership I .e ppp has to be encouraged in view of the paucity of funds with the govt.and girl child education is to be encouraged by the private educational societies by better investments and encouraging the girls by scholarships and incentives . removal of gender inequality and encouraging girls is the main criteria. Society and family development depends by girls education. Private investors have to come forward for establishing educational institutions

Today in India, every state constituency has atleast 2 govt. Schools. But mostly all schools are old and has outdated architecture with just ground floor with wide area left for playgrounds. That means minimal utilisation of land. Instead of looking for new land, each state govt. can reconstruct all these schools with modern architecture in a way that each school can be carved out into 4 new schools. Same can be applied to all colleges too.
