Mr Dasgupta I am glad that we have people encouraging girl education. This needs attention not only in Rural India but also in a lot of places across the metros where we notice people unwilling girl's education. Let us start the charity from home. Can we have a drive wherein, we can volunteer to identify a girl child being deprived of education and ensure she is enrolled in the nearest govt school? Please advise if you have something else in mind.

In continuation to my earlier post 4. Each person earning more than rs 30,000 per month must spend rs 1,000 per month for the education of girl child. Amount spent for girl child education should be exempted from tax. 5. Let Govt build 10,000 new schools for girls every year @10 crore per school. Since schools are not free businessmen will come forward to invest in such projects. 6. management of schools should be out sourced to private companies.

1. Identify girl child in rural India and slums in Urban requiring financial assistance 2. Issue a smart card to the parents of the girl child to buy books, pen, pencil, school bag, school fee, nutrients like Bournvita etc. Govt should transfer Rs 2,000 per month per girl in the card. 3. Every corporate must spend rs 2,000 per month for each of its employee earning more than rs 30,000 per month for the education of girl child.

Step 1. - Enroll Girls. Step 2 Ensure Girls are educated through out till XII. The major problem in achieving Step 2 is that most the the girls drop out once they start menstruating. (I am quoting reality from Rural India). Have a PPP system of Educating Girls for the first Menstrual cycle education (Menarche Education). We have educated 20000 girls in a span of 6 months. Put Menarche education as part of CSR list in new corporate law.
