To my knowledge free education to all is very important. If the Government declare free education all capitation fee, tuition fee and every fee will be stoped. Creating block money also will be stoped. But the government will pay all payments to the institution. So through out country Education is free. Particularly the poor and downtroden sector will come up. The govt also going to get good name because of free education.

I think we, the youth, should come forward to provide basic education to indigent children in villages nearby. If not anything big, we can teach them grammar and mathematics. If there are any such initiative, let me know.

government should create a central board to recruite teachers all over india..just like upsc for ias.. quality of education given at primary school can only be improved by giving permanent government central jobs to teacher , with good salary... just making people read and write wont make lot of differrence

By distributing Cycle & Poshak the best aim of encouraging education can't be fulfilled. Some hard steps on teachers and administrator should be imposed.Because students are running into schools till they get the Cycle & Poshak. There should be more classes on professional & vocational training like.... Manufacturing, singing, dancing, debate, Computer etc. Old teachers are also required to be updated. Make the study interesting with stories, jokes like prepatory classes in private schools.

Just returned from RTO office in KukatpaIly. A drab looking and most corrupt office in the world, perhaps. This is one office in the country that never changes. I wonder that when a National Bank or even a responsible Private Bank like ICICI and HDFC is giving car loan to the person by seeing him in person, would it not suffice for the RTO to issue RC. The form filling, physical verification by an official, the involvement of a Broker paying bribe of Rs.3300/- in addition to the Govt charges

Jharkhand New government has taken decision to give money in Bank Account of boys and girls. Only Bihar Government is transfering money to accounts. In Jharkhand 4.60 lach cycles distributed every year to SC, ST, OBC and Minorities. In Bihar CAG has commented on the process of distribution of cycles. They have raised eyebrows in the process saying, fake supply and bills generated in distribution. Now Government of Jharkhand is trying to adopt the process of Bihar.

Not only girl child education, as such govt schools especially in rural India MUST be run on PPP model. Earlier I had a staff from UP who said that kids used to go to school everyday and play till the master came which was once a week. Pls fill all the posts of teachers, pay them handsomely and monitor their attendance and work. This boy was BA first year and could hardly write a sentence correctly. INFRASTRUCTURE OF PRIVATE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVT.
