By understanding the issues in depth and practices in our society, i suggest certain things : - Every school should have a special female registered coordinator or councillor or a team to train or council girls and make them vigilant and bold about the circumstances or tough situations and challenges they face - And school itself should be made responsible about the girl child are properly cared at their home and not get abused at home and its surrounding by any means.

We should always target on the root of the problem, poor conditions of basic education infrastructure in rural area, every parent want to give the education to every child.... poverty and unawareness are the big devil to them.

Educate the parents & children will be automatically educated. A good time to start may be the BIRTH-REGISTRATION time. Parents should be given certificate only after they have had some tips and advice about upbringing of children. That should come from local volunteers doing it for satisfaction, not employees doing it for money.

Times have changed : 1) Boys' & Girls' jobs are no longer different. 2) Information is now easily available. If the attitude is right, people can educate themselves without being dependent on institutes or govt. ( MODIJI IS THE BEST EXAMPLE ! ) If the parents stop pushing children in wrong direction, if they lose the beggar-attitude of asking govt for concessions & grants all their life, things will improve. Yes, I'm talking of a bigger job than giving free textbooks & middaymeals ! ;-)
