Most of the parents still not support higher education for girls not because of they don't want to educate her but because of lack of infrastructure.In village area's/small cities still have not good college.In cities private college fees is too high.Many of the parents can't afford the fees.parents also thoughts that city is not safe. Acc to me PPP model is very good idea. It provides good facility in low cost. If education is not costly every parents educate their girl.
