First of all I appreciate for creating this portal. Secondly I feel very sorry to inform you that in a state like Goa where people from all religions stay together with great peace and harmony, some govt. aided schools give admission to the students based on their religion, caste, money power, Influence etc. This is continuing since last so many years but it doesn’t mean that it should go like that forever. Please do something before creating any new policy.

One of the best initiative adopted by Modi ji is "BETI BACHAV BETI PADHAV YOJANA". Govt. have already initiated DBT in LPG, same may be utilized for a scheme where for every initiative should be taken to make a girl child educated. People may be encouraged to register there girl child details to receive a benefit using DBT from Govt. to make them educated. At the same time it should be considered that not more than 2 child be given the privilege as we have to consider population growth.

1. All PSUs and Private Companies having a turnover of more than 500 crores per annum should provide Vocational/Employment training of six months/one year on PPP basis for 30% of total vacancies for direct recruitment of girls who have graduated with 60% or more marks . 2. A Central government employee having more than two children and claiming for fee reimbursement should be allowed to claim fee reimbursement for daughters only if he has two or more daughters.

It is very important to improve standards of the government school.Every state governments should come with an incentives and appraisal process for the employees of the school. There should be more public and private partnerships in schools,Private companies take up CSR initiatives in govt. schools by taking up guest lecture and/or contributing financially in improving infrastructure.Another important task would be focus on soft skills of students in government Schools.

Problems in current School education system in India ----------------------------------------------------- 1. No quality education in most of the Government schools. 2. Normal people not able to afford private education. (example: 20K to 100k for 1st class) Solution -------- Each government official (MEO, MDO, RDO, DEO, SP, RDO, etc..) should adopt one Government School to improve Quality of the Education. please see more details @ https://www.facebook.com/schooleducationchallenge

A girl child should be educated so that she can represent India on a global platform and make India proud. She is a unique creation of God who can manage work of household as well as office at the same time. She is a creation who can feed her child and showcase her creativity to the world at the same time. So celebrate her and educate her.

In Govt school, girl child does not have to pay school Fees. This should be applicable in all private schools across country. In private school, Govt should bear school fees of girl child under BETI BACHAV BETI PADHAV YOJANA. Presently 15000/- per annum per child is provided as Education allowance to Government servant. This should be increased to 50,000/- per annum per Girl child as Education allowance to Government servant, under BETI BACHAV YOJANA.

Govt. should make a agency to check normal standards of Govt./Private Institutions. If already there is any institution it should come into force with necessary actions for better education system.
