Education is the basic need of every child either girl or boy and hence every parents should full fill their children this need. In lack of wisdom they became disable and that lead to suicide, exploitation, homicide, population etc. So, stop discrimination and give them chance to be part of developed India. This is the responsibility of both parent as well as society.

The annual exams of govt. schools should be conducted by external agencies. copies should be checked in other district. If performance of students is not upto the mark, all increments of the subject teachers and Principal should be stopped. They maybe downgraded id results do not improve .

No PPP model should be adopted in any type of education. Involving so many agencies put hurdles in prompt decisions. Monetary help with strict vigil may be given to private parties associated with Time Bound programmes.

Girls should be educated on priority basis as one day they will not only steer the nation towards progress and prosperity but educate a whole family. A lot of incentives should be given vy Govt. to Independent Schools too ,for furthering the cause of Girl Education. Then only India will shine.

The first step to take is to create awareness among people regarding the importance of girl child education. Girls not going to school is most usual in rural areas. Officers must be appointed in every local district to keep continuous check on whether girls from each house are given education or not. This will also result in job creation. Financial aid will naturally need to be given but before it must be ensured that the money is given to good hands to prevent manipulation of the grant money.

Govt.should make a talent pool of real volunteers who are interested in development of girl child development by imparting them employable education inform of self employment and job oriented. The person s may be retired people or group of people interested in the mission. I have seen that present skilldevlopment program in which big houses were given the job for skill dev.was a complete failure since they manipulate d the things to earn huge money, the beneficiaries were not benefited much.
