I am at the age of 75 years.my date of birth is 12 - 07 -1840 .I can not move here and there in long run.I have to take rest every one hour to proceed further.i can suggest according to my experience because as i habit of research on bad and good habits and cleanliness.And also why the people are quarreling and fighting each other with different useless problems.This research is being done since 64 years.We have to educate mother,father of children before to their birth for fruitful.Now no use.
