people to be aware of their day to day habits,care for the sanitation.They should not that govt will do everything for them.village supervisors keep record of sufferers and report to nearby PHC.The medical officer should immediately take steps by reporting to his/her authority.

VECTOR borne disease mean - which need an agent (insect) to spread it.
Two ways to curb it :-
1. Eliminating insects and their breeding grounds eg. not letting garbage and water to stagnate near ur house.
2- Boosting your inner immunity. eg say no to fast food and make green leafy vegetables,fruits,protein rich diet ur friend.

Necessity is the mother of invention. A Hindu alternative in the form of Shiv Sena has emerged in Maharashtra inspite of R.S.S. and B.J.P. A similar phenomenon may take place in other parts of the country also inspite of R.S.S. and B.J.P. in the days to come. But it may take time and Hindus cause may suffer by default , In that case R.S.S. leadership may also become a target of attack along with B.J.P. leadership all over the country for betraying the Hindus. It is to be hoped and wished that R.
