Laptop should be provided to the financially weaker students after proper inquiry of their income. Students groups can help each other for ODL this will raise their enthusiasm.

Indira Gandhi National Open University should encourage all constitution recognized Indian languages.Now in this University all subjects are taught only in Hindi & English.All constitution recognized Indian languages should be the taught here.The medium of instruction & exam will be state languages. Thus unity in diversity will reach another level.

Either dissolve the IGNOU or make it education-friendly like VMOU, Rajasthan by removing the hurdle of project or sending them along with assignments with the study material.
