Most of the sanctioned R&D projects are misused ranging from false bills to modified results; use of project money for their own luxury. To purchase unwanted items and govt. is not regulating these practices efficiently. Everyone is so involved in this matter that universities/institutes use to have person who can really guide (negatively) to how to use these funds. My suggestion is to please provide facility to an investigator and not the money [except fellowships/jrf etc]

The R&D parks set up in all capitals and districts in all states must provide employment opportunities to people in their own districts so that people residing in districts need not migrate to capital region for employment. Secondly, the method of selecting individuals to work in R&D units must be made based on Skill and not percentage of marks scored in university degree exams.

First of all, the basic right now must be to setup Skill based 6 R&D parks in the fields of IT,Science and other fields in all capital regions of all states. While the R&D parks setup in all capital work as Tier 1 centres for R&D..the same experiment of setting up atleast 4 Tier 2 R&D parks must be done in all districts to cater to the needs of Tier 1 R&D parks setup in capitals of states. This will inturn promote R&D in all fields & stop migration of individuals to capitals of states.

1)Collaborate Private companies and make a pool to develop a platform for a specific objective in "R & D" at lower to very advance level of technology. 2)Start monthly seminars and workshops at school and college level to let the student participate to work for common goal set, just like a science project. 3)Make names of scientists and engineers who done "R&D" and achieved something great open on social media to recognize them by everyone and develop a sense of honor and scientific aptitu de

1) Launch a national level awareness campaign on "Need of Research & Development" in our country in each and every field of science and technology. 2) Connect future development of country to "R & D". 3) Launch a book on national level which explains how "R & D" in foreign countries made them super power. 4) Modify our education system and develop scope in R&D after graduation as most of students quit education at this level and search for career initiative.

Respected sir, All student who is undertaking graduate in science they preapre for government job and didnt interested in research. Government should run awareness programme in the schools and colleges. Most of the students don't know about how to get involve in research. They should get scholarship from school but student get scholarship in only one condition they should only to envolve in research.make a programme for the bsc students not only for engineers.

Respected sir, Research should be integrated in curriculum of higher studies.Research and extra efforts in the field of education should be counted rather than caste based reservations instead of merit.also Research based admissions and degrees should be offered in all fields of education especially in fields where INDIA is lagging behind...healthcare development, application sciences... This should also tackle the problem of brain drain & open new opportunities for skill development JAI HIND
