The approach for the two aspects hence cannot be identical and dealt with separately. 2. R&I in IT/engineering field is quite different from that in biological field with different timelines, rates of success, infrastructure requirements etc.. Thus, they need to be addressed separately.

For promotion of research, RESEARCH NGO should be formed in every state which will take care of research status of the institutes. Also it should be mandatory for every research institute or ubiversity to have one of such society which will guide the upcoming researchers. The alumni should be the part of such socity. We are trying to form such a society (scientific researchers welfate society) and need support of researchers and govt. for the same.
