Encourage by Promoting the R&D. Advertise the rewards for best innovations and assure for a royalty. When people will come to know they will be benefited by their innovation they will give their best shot. We have many institutes in India, rank them as per their Innovation. It will encourage many collages to share innovations including IIT. Nothing more is required

Lots of people like me want to work for nation are interested for research and innovation. They must be encouraged by providing necessary facility for the same. Public participation in any activity make it success. I have developed an android application for farmers of Neemuch District. But surprisingly it is being used by farmers of Hindi speaking states. Such experiments of individual should be encouraged so that people work for the nation first.

Education system is not good enough to produce researchers, Private schools hire low cost teachers who themselves lacks fundamentals & only prepares students for exams instead of teaching fundamentals or basic principles. Govt. schools are even worst in terms of teaching staff. We must use smart/web-based education and link schools/Colleges with elite institutes like Bhabha/ISRO/DRDO. Scientist working on real projects should do lectures at educ. institutes. only a honest govt. can deliver that.

Sir Most often our innovative ideas and projects done by technical students as part of their final year project fail to hit the market.A copy of innovative projects shall be send to Make in India scheme and let us invite manufactures to develop the product.Further let us create a new scheme for innovative ideas .It could be a notebook,a mobile phone /laptop in which each person participating in it shall record innovative thoughts and ideas as and when it comes to their minds irrespective of its
