A&N islands is an integral part of India. unfortunately very few people know about this union territory. Sorry to say but it is just neglected part of India. Common Indian is hardly aware about this UT. Even media also does not pay attention to this area. For instance every tv channel periodically displays weather repor

1. Research proposals should be evaluated in maximum three months. Any new research idea may loose its core value if the execution is delayed due to delay in approval process. 2. Within a month after approval, necessary funds should be transferred so as to initiate the research immediately. 3. Young scientists below the age of 40 years should be preferred. 4. Grand challenges in various areas and related to Govt. priorities like Ganges Cleaning etc. should be taken at a priority.

The infrastructure is one of the major issue in promotion of research and innovation, so Govt should set up a centre of innovation which constitute labs for all the subjects, meant for students of schools. A PDF consisting of explained ideas is attached here. More ideas could be added or changed accordingly.

Before we talk of Research and innovation, just now news coming of 21-year-old IIT bombay student committing suicide. Just wondering how did our system exactly try to make professionals who haven't been strengthened in spirituality and wisdom and warned about evil of suicides and many other unskillful thoughts. First we need to understand person needs to trained in life like Buddha trained his monks. Then you can talk of anything that is easily conquerable to human mind. Even innovation, research

The government should promote R&D in private institutions as well. Students from non-state universities may have game-changer ideas but they may not have the money to work. Very few pvt institutes actually promote these. The government also should make an effort to aware students of the existing schemes. I think setting up a department where students directly interact with government officials and making everyone aware of this would help solving this problem.

I believe now its time to invest on real life problems faced by many in terms of research. We have yet not evolved enough in terms of labs equipments and also infrastructure to follow or compare ourselves with developed world in terms of Innovations or patents.best would be if we can perpetuate and familiarise many withe the small innovations done according to needs and remove difficulties for many.Later we can invest on the Infrastructure.First it has to be a need to make life simple .
