Development in R&D projects will not introduce job opportunities but will help in development of Indian industries and will also attract the foreign investers leading to the development of our country which is our main aim. Many of the talented people moves to foreign and help in development of other countries instead of India which is their own country because of lack of opportunities for their talent and to minimize it can as a remedy.

Innovations indicate the 'much needed transformation' . Sustaining and promoting innovations should become an effortless task . This can happen if the innovator is given space to perform .After awarding and selecting Innovating Practices, NCERT/CBSE should call in for Proposal by the Innovators to conduct it at larger scale in their respective place of working. MHRD must allocate funds, time and space for Innovations to that individual or the Employer for its sustenance .

KAMLESH ,SRI MUKTSAR SAHIB Research should be de-linked with the idea of fetching marks for promotion. pedagogues should present their material/ knowledge in the language and with the conviction of it being supported with research in the concerned areas. M.Phils/ Phds should be facilitated seriously by the institutions with proper grants, flexibility in terms of time and resources and choosing guides, higher education institutes should encourage teachers to become researchers than clerks.

To enable any kind of research and innovation, we need to equip our universities to also provide adequate funding opportunities to our students so that they may do rigorous fieldwork and not produce fly by night research. It is also important to equip universities all over the country with libraries, and wherever possible, some kind of online integration could be attempted. No research is possible without adequate infrastructure in place.

mind of child should be prepared and developed in a manner so that he or she can think out of box from the beginning of studies.Emphasis should not be laid down on and memorizing some tables and facts.Instead of this they should be given some creative and IQ developing task.It can be done by defining a syllabus and altering it after every two or three years so that there is no chance of shortcut. And let he or she know about it's practical link with it's surroundings when he becomes mature enough
