Research should be de-linked with the idea of fetching marks for promotion. pedagogues should present their material/ knowledge in the language and with the conviction of it being supported with research in the concerned areas. M.Phils/ Phds should be facilitated seriously by the institutions with proper grants, flexibility in terms of time and resources and choosing guides, higher education institutes should encourage teachers to become researchers than clerks.

In government schools if a teacher want to research on the topic related to education ,he has to face many problems eg. inform to head master and permission to related authoritoes BEEO DEO etc. but they don't permit to do so.because they themselves don't have ability to research. They don't grant even one or two days leave to servey students or administer any psychological test.It is not possible to research when a teacher in job in govt. Schools.

Inter-library loans should connect all universities and colleges within India. Both online journal databanks and well-stocked periodical section is required in any library.
