If college students are allowed to get education in language of their choice, there would be more inclination towards understanding and thinking rather than remembering and reiterating. This can promote innovation. There are countries who educate their children in their mother tongue due to which research and innovation thrives in those countries. Educating even in colleges in mother tongue should be seriously considered. Numerous students struggle only due to compulsion of English language.

There should be a bridge between education institutions and agricultural/other industry so that the field persons are able to share their problems with educational institutions and hence the educational institutions can work on such real and practical problems and find innovative solutions for the same. The students will also be able to see their project being implemented in real sense and they will be highly motivated to do their project and research work.

It is important to focus more attention towards imparting practical knowledge to students so that they can explore new dimensions of learning. In higher education system, more options should be given to students where they can do research activities in various fields and for that, honorarium can be given to such students/research scholars.
