Current establishments promote same age old so called afsarshahi where a talented researcher would move to a forgein org/univ to publish and seek benefits of it instead of working here and forced to publish paper on hod's name which never share the credits of the research. Along that line the researchers get paid pennies compare to their western counter parts and the latest budget cuts are discouraging only. Unless interest shown we will remain top cheap labour market not top innovators.

All engineering students in top universities and colleges does project in 4th year some dummy projects. Because they do not get real time projects. Government should give the all practical issues to them. So, that there creativity improve and it useful for their education and it also useful to the country. From lakhs of engineering students solutions, can't we get ideal or better solution.
