There should be interest based education. If a teacher can't teaches us all the subjects then how can a student learn or understand all subjects. Actually, Students should have their freedom to choose their subjects according to their interest, by which they can do better in their field. And this is from the beginning after their primary education. For ex:- if a student want to read or research in the field of technology then he\she must have only computer related subjects.

UGC must promote both Govt. and private education institution equally. RUSA should be immediately withdrawn. At college level there should be only three subjects. So that they concentrate on these subject. Further the teacher should be given due respect. They should not be treated employees similar to other employees. They should not be forced to stay in the institution without work / teaching because it suffers the work of other teachers.

1. We should focus on research areas which are more relevant to the needs of our country and countryman. 2. Technical knowledge should be provided in regional languages or a language in which the student is comfortable. English must not be compulsory. 3. Focus on quality of institutions, and not just increase thier number. 4. We are distributing degrees and creating a huge unemployed workforce, which is going to create a problem. That large amount of educated human resources is being wasted.
