The key to promoting research and innovation is the access to knowledge. Please integrate all e-libraries in India and provide free access to all citizens and friendly countries. This will revolutionize how students in India study. At least the service can be made a paid service for colleges and universities so students can access for free.

We should give eqall impartance to both physical and mental activities in the curriculum.

We should give things to the students and ask them to make small projects.we should encourage creativity from the lower classes

First we need to identify the people working in multidisciplinary environments and encourage them to participate in multidisciplinary research.

we should identify and encourage the gifted pupils at secondary level itself and we should inspire them with national spirit and provide and support them with all fecilities.

R&D must come from our heart not by a mere government regulations. It must emphasize on new develop men's rather than just a quality check

The allowances given to quality researchers are following the general rule and is very low compared to the standard US universities. They are mostly theory based and not linked to market. The facility and infrastructure provided are of primitive age. General atmosphere in the institutes are not very motivating in general due to limited scope, ego in seniors, partiality etc. These are only leading to brain drain.

Research Paper Publication and Patent registration should be made compulsory for Student to pass the Technical courses (B.Tech,BCA,B.Sc etc.) and Promotion of teacher should be solely based on research paper publication and their contribution in R&D field. This will surely boost the research and innovation in our society.

Learner's should be made aware about our Indian scientists and mathematicians who have contributed significantly in the field of science and technology. Enough scope and exposure needs to be given for the research work by providing the best facilities for the same.
