1) New energy sources like BIO-FUEL must be harnessed using NANO TECHNOLOGY or MIROBIAL technology. This has immense potentiality in the production of HYDROGEN GAS. This gas can be used in FUEL cell to produce ELECTRICITY in the order of 100 MEGA WATTS. This has been already been implemented in AUSTRALIA. 2) Our total focus should go towards developing IMPORT SUBSTITUTE, making some value added product which we can export outside. 3) Our Teacher training must be done meaningfully. This'll help

1)SANSKRIT language is a warehouse of many knowledge systems, whicih are embedded there directly or indirectly. This should be given top priority to augment our culture & Science. 2) All our Engineering Research both in Govt. and private universities must aim Private / Public industries as focus point to enhance their wealth in terms of manpower and finance. This will immensely enhance our countries economy. 3) We are crippled by by our fuel reserve. Huge research initiative must start now.

As of developing new Technology following are my comment as I can comment from my long 26years of teaching experience as an Engineering faculty: 1) Interdisciplenary fields like NANO with Electrical Engg., IT with Biology, Agriculture & Medical Science will introduce meaningful new Knowledge domain in our university curriculum. 2) Eminent Professors must not have retirement age. 3) Mushrooming of education institutes must be stopped by introducing strict quality norm. 4) SANSKRIT be introd

well yes it is very much important to promote the research and development in india because it is hardcore truth that india there are many different scattered dimensions are here but those ideas and dimensions is being ignored by our people because of the limited resources yet we have the second largest human resource. secondly it is very much important to improve the basic education system so that a child grows in that type of atmosphere where there is thinking process is involved.

The government institutes in India (except IITs) lacks skilled teachers and the professors which are really talented and have a strong grip over the subject. The more you go to a high post, the more talent degrades (not applicable for all). The reason is obvious. That's the reservation.

My views on education system in little controversial. I don't want to hurt anyone's sentiments but just want to say that India lacks in placing skilled youths in rights workplaces because of the reservation system. There are many skilled teachers and employees but instead of getting into a the best government organisation, they opt for private firms. The reason is that private firm values talents and government values castes.
