The current Indian education system for higher and technical studies requires generating the large conglomeration of highly capable scholars from industry, academia of both private and public nature organizations to provide academic leadership in teaching and research. These scholars should be promoted for their research work publication in SCI indexed journals. This strategy will certainly increase the country ranking in research in the world through publication SCI/SSCI indexed journals.

For all this we need remove the fear of age, marks etc. We must encourage students to publish their research work without feer of marks and age. Opportunities must be available to them at any corner of age. For their research students must be awarded apart from scholarship. After 10 or 20 research work Govt. must involve these students in Imp Govt projects. Remove the fear and see the results but dont accept local, conference and paid journals.

people are generally attracted to that sector which has high growth and the major focus people consider is salary, and in India r&D is not an attractive carrier because government's bureaucracy is laggard in file passing and that government scientists and paid less the a normal private IT worker. salary structure of R&D scientists should be in a slab of 15 lakh- 30 lakh according to thier contribution

Medical research is critical for treating the large population in the Country. For medical research to progress more number of medical seats is important. India has rick tradition of ancient medical science and there is a need to develop leadership in the modern medical science also. Large population provides an opportunity to make significant progress in medical research. Ministry of Human Resources should take immediate steps to augment the number of medical seats in the existing colleges.

Systematic high end research requires learning what is already learnt, applying it to solve practical challenges and discovering what is not known to be available in the recorded literature. On different domains we are in different places in this journey and we have to move ahead gradually on this long path. On the other hand innovation can be applied at any state on any domain however limited the scope may be.

So,who wants to invent or discover new things, see dream of getting Noble Prize should choose sciene. Its 2015,so we should instead of increasing literacy rate should make our knowledge useful. India wants outcome whether by winning medal in sports or by Noble Prize. So,if a child wants to go for sports and show no interest in study, their parents should not forcelly allow him to study.I request our country players to keep visiting schools so that students get to know about different fields-motivate

What i think the root cause of India not getting Noble Prize yearly is about the way of study going on in our society. Subjects in 11th should be choose on the basis of capability and interest and not on the basis of reasons that science had more oppurtunity, more money, and status.Think like this, you know the topper of class in which Michael Phelps study or you know phelps for winning 8 gold medals in swimming in olympic. No field is small or big,its u who make great or small. So,who want India...
