Continued.....today our young generation is missing the sport activities in schools, because schooling is not the noble deed instead it became a pity business.school management is involved in giving the facilities like ad classroom rather than a quality playground.unfortunately parents are also not realising the cause of depression in school children.can we make the YOGA compulsory for each and every school going child.this will also give the job opportunities to the Yoga teachers.school exams ..

Continued..... He puts the subject in such a way that theories are experimentally explained in the classroom only.can not we have the the same quality classrooms in atleast our reputed institutes like IIT's.rather than giving free laptops, can we give the students the standard infrastructure for holistic growth of our young generation.Gandhiji said that Education is development of healthy ideas in healthy mind.can we provide our young generation the sports activities in their schools.???????

I am an educationist .i interact with at least a 1000 students every year.through my discussion with students and their parents what I found that they are least bothered about the practicals.they know they will get atleast 27-28 /30marks without putting any effort for experiments.this is actually due our faulty education system.we must focus on practical approach towards our education.i usually see the videos of MITOCW by prof Walter Lewin,at the end of every lecture he performs an experiment.

Part 3. Type 2. Any company should be able to fund and collaborate with any lab in any university without red tapes. No need for intermediary orgs. Currently most research problem statements are generated in academic labs, flow of industrial problems must increase. Cells must be set-up for overall skill devp of researchers. A social sciences researcher must be able to code and a computer science researcher must be encouraged to carry out economic analytic.

Part 2. Type 1. Needs better funding of students. Even after recent hikes, a PhD candidate still gets lesser than a BTech fresher in industry. In Indian Institutes, every Prof must have a separate lab, in NITs every 3 profs must have a lab. And their outputs must be overlooked by respective directors. Must start international collaborations in pure sciences. Most importantly, biggest problem of Indian research is lack of collaboration and ridiculous egos.

Part 1. Approach to Research has to be two pronged. One, short term innovations to be marketed, applied in society, easily reach consumers, hence profitable and can be funded by private parties. Second, long term higher risk research should be funded by govt. Second category is quite well set-up. However, first needs immense push.

सारी उम्र् हम रट रट कर पढ लियॆ, अब तॊ हमॆ कुछ् नया सॊचनॆ दॊ, Give me some sunshine Give me some rain. Give me another change to grow up again. I wanna be Newton, I wanna be Addison, Give me some free time to make new mistakes. I wanna learn by experiments, I wanna to make 1000 mistakes. Grow my creative thinking , Grow my brainstorm. Give me another chance to grow up again. Don't want to be judged by marks, Don't want to be learn by memory. Give me some toys to play and do research.

The ICAR AIEEA UG 2015 Exam for the Class XII students is now scheduled on 11 April 2015, the same day the students are writing IIT-JEE Mains Examination. The clash of examination dates is making several applicants from losing their chance to appear for both the examinations. When Govt is trying to attract best young talents of the country in Agricultural research, it is inappropriate to time two important exams together. If ICAR acts fast still there is a lot of time left to make a change!

Results are what counts. Reward Entrepreneurs who come up with Useful(for the country) Innovations in phases and set conditions based on Time and Maturity level of technology at each level. Also Government R&D facilities who promise Big and consume Billions should have their research budgets slashed and handed over to those who deliver what they promise. It's time to Face it Guys. Living on the Dole will not solve any problems.
