Research institutions and educational institutions exist independent of each other. Higher education is divided across ministeries and science and technology is separate from higher education. Where is the synergy. Agricutural , Medical , Law, Pharmaceutical , Mritime education exist separately and are not part of common Human Resources or Human Capital development.

Reading and studying science subjects have become relatively scarce among students on account of not only the expensive education, but also the protracted period where half of ones life goes in studying only, in case one want to pursue the science in its completion till PhD. The students now frequently choose subjects that give then early earning and career start, which science can never deliver. Therefore, it is mandatory to incentivize the science scholars with adequate scholarship/fellowships

I would like to draw your attention upon the shrinking trend in fresh Graduates opting for Jobs rather than any Master's degree or Research Fellowship. The prime reason being meager stipend of 12.4K and I therefore request you to kindly increase it atleast upto 25K so that it comes at par with other jobs.Globally India lacks in this Higher Education Field over a long time and hence need a proper swift initiatives.

1.Students of Sr Sec Classes must be approached, encouraged & a technical reason must be given as how R&D helps not only the nation but also an individual, society & world. 2. A Science Center or Science City must be built in each Regional HQ of every state. 3.Technical idea development/project development could be added in educational curriculum starting from Class 11 till D.Sc. level. 4.Students must be supported technically & monetarily to encourage their R&D. 5.Scientists must interact.

Mr. PM Sir, I heard you yesterday over prevention of cyber crime. I have come up with an innovation for cyber safety. This was also picked up by press and published. I received an inquiry over the same from SBI & ICICI Bank. Unfortunately, both wanted a time proven corporate solution provider. They therefore dumped me. I require min 15 lakhs for US patent of my innovation. Can my Government help?

Sir, Any kind of development in any field starts in a research factory. A wing of government should monitor and govern the potential research projects which in turn becomes a development ingredient of a country, I am from the field of Big data security research. We should promote research and ideas and build a rock solid research foundation for what the country needs.

Curriculum in schools should look in future and be intensely focused towards such courses.. like nanotechnology, quantum physics etc. Values based Education, Meditation and Yoga must be made mandatory in all schools. Institutes of higher learning in technology, management, medicine, governance must research in Indian heritage and ages proven best practices rather than learning from western societies.

Dear Sir, We totally neglected the research in the Universities. Those who got the Doctorate, their works are not of International standards. Among many qualified Doctorates majority are not taking the lines of jobs in their research subjects. Earlier research was required for Post graduation. 2. The corporate sector do not spend money for research and development. 3. Majority youth do not prefer science and become scientists. All rush for medicine, engineering in IT subjects only.
