For improving research and innovation should be paid and open for college level's, there should be budget for innovation for students and common people's many people do not have enough money for research, good research should be awarded and continued by government.

practicle knowladege is very important for any kind of result but nowadays no one care about practicle in private institutions/universities even in the field of science and engineering. even many private institutions/universities dosen't have sufficient labs and equipements and faculity and they have got the permision to run the research based courses like M.Tech, M.phil even P.hd. i saw collages where M.tech, M.Sc students taught by the teachers are also M.tech or M.sc in their qualification

GETTING RIGHT TOOL..HALF THE JOB DONE !First screen the GURUS, balance automatically follows.Professors/faculties produce quality researchers,Till date there is no proper service commission to recruit professors/faculties.Why not introduce PROFESSOR SERVICE EXAMINATION under UPSC,in line of Engg service exam. Not a single faculty allowed to enter institute without this mandatory exam, in the entire country. TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST (TET)completely changes the quality of school education.

Sir, for strenghtening R&D, our government institutions must be strenghtened. The number of intake of eligible candidates must be increased immediately so that we can reap the best results in R&D after three to four years. Also inculcating skill development at school level students will also encourage the students to involve themselves in R&D at the later stage.

Research is done by those who wants to explore the subject and extract the best out of their efforts, it is not done by those who are buying higher education with the power of money. Unfortunatly in our country, higher education has become slave of paid seats and donations. Our government system has been held hostage by the private education system for minting money. Those who buy higher education by money, research will take a back seat as they have to earn back their invested money.

At least 1st standard admission age should be uniform through out INDIA.Central government should take steps for this as All India entrance exams for medical, engineering and other graduation set minimum age criteria that is applicable for all India students. Another important thing is exam pattern. We give exams either semester wise or yearly on more than 5 subjects. In semester pattern how a student can prepare more than 5 subjects in less than 5 month time. This should be modified.

Dear Sir,Current Education system has one major drawback ie. central government , state government , CBSE , kendriya eligibility criteria for 1 st standard admission are different. In 22 States/UTs the minimum age for admission to Class I is 5+ years and in 7 States/UTs the minimum age for admission is 6+ years. There is no age restriction in the case of Mizoram. In Gujarat, the minimum age for admission is 5+ years (voluntary) and 6+ years (compulsory). Maharashtra Govt.minimum age is 6 years
