in the government school, headmaster is responsible for applicable of ICT in the school.
in my school, 14 computers are available but no one is in working condition.
so it should be trained and motivate each and every teacher to use ICT in the class.
develop goodness among teacher to use and operate equipment carefully.
develop interest and awareness among the teacher to use of ICT.

प्रौढ शिक्षा का संवर्धन करने के लिए आईसीटी का क्रियान्वयन नहीं किया जा रहा है क्योकि विद्यालयों में कम्प्यूटर दक्ष शिक्षक नहीं है।

जहां स्कूलों में आईसीटी लेब संचालित है वहां केवल औपचारिकता मात्र शिक्षण होता है। छात्र कुछ भी नहीं सीख पा रहे है। हां छात्र प्रायोगिक कार्य करने के इच्छुक होते है। अध्यापकों को कम्प्यूटरों का सहायता से पढ़ाने के लिए कोई प्रेरित नहीं किया गया है यदि शिक्षकों को कम्प्यूटर शिक्षण का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाये तो शिक्षक भी कम्प्यूटरों के माध्यम से शिक्षण करवा सकते है

कम्प्यूटर के लिए प्रशिक्षित अध्यापक लगाये जावें। कम्प्यूटर लेब पर्याप्त हो और छात्र संख्या के अनुपात में कम्प्यूटर उपलब्ध करवाया जायें। अनुदेशक के अभाव में क्रियान्वयन नहीं हो पा रहा है। कम्प्यूटर शिक्षा हेतु सरकार द्वारा पाठ्य पुस्तकें उपलब्ध करवाना चाहिए तथा कम्प्यूटर अवसंरचना का अभाव है।

अनुदेशक के अभाव में कियान्वयन नही हो पा रहा है। कम्प्यूटर शिक्षा हेतु सरकार द्वारा पाठ्य पुस्तकें उपलब्ध करवाना चाहिए।

We need to have high speed broad connection to all the educational institutions of the country. Through this, we provide virtual classes for each subject at a specific period of each subject. That is, if 5 periods are allocated for English, 4 periods are to be conducted by the local teachers and 1 period is set apart for virtual classes. The system can be implemented by using a Lap Top and a projector at the class rooms and projected to a screen or even on a whitewashed wall.

Only single apex education controlling authority like UGC should do:
(1) Permanent Exam Centers (EC), which are owned & operated directly by UGC, @ 1 EC initially in each Region, afterwards in each District, afterwards in each Tehsil.
(2) Any University / Board may offer On-Demand On-Line Examinations at any EC for any chosen suitable subject
(3) Student from any University or Board may appear for On-Demand On-Line Examination for one or more chosen subject from above at any EC
