MRC ANANDAPURAM: 1) Computer education is to be in all primary schools. Ii) ICT Lab is to be made available in all secondary schools. Iii) Computer learning to be made useful for mathematics ,science and English. Iv) Regular teaching faculty is to be provided in ICT Lab of Secondary schools. lack of skilled I.C.T. Teachers, ICT Labs, availability of Wifi services, No proper syllabus, Lack of Hard ware engineers, programmers, illiteracy, socio economic conditions of the people and cost(to establish ICT centres) are the barriers for development of ICT.
No Proper Syllabus is designed for improvement of ICT in Schools.Major allocation in the budget should become first priority of the government to develop ICT from primary level onwards.Proper Syllabus for ICT is to be designed.
