Pranam! Our culture is Sanskrit based so the children can 't know their culture with out knowing Sanskrit. Sanskrit is also mother of almost all Indian languages. Therefore Sanskrit teaching should be made compulsory right from Second class to senior secondary level. Sanskrit knowing people under stand Hindi, the national language, far far better than others. Thanks and Jai Bharat!

Namaste ! To protect and to promote the Languages, first should make it compulsory in school level without caring nonsense political comments so that it can be well saved. And should get highly encouragements for Research and Study in Indian Languages including SANSKRIT. There are still huge Literatures which are still in the expectation of its studies and research including one of the world s highly informative language SANSKRIT.Govt should work on it without any hesitation. Jai Hind.

Bharat displayed glorious impact over the world, then the language system was---Stress over language learning was earlier 6 years Language at 1st was local/mother tongue and mother tongue doesn't mean pertained to state of residence; instead it implies local in particular where one resides since long. Stick to the local language for 1st 6 years and add Samskrit for earlier 4 years for technical and strong building of the language set up in the child's brain?

Sanskrit should have a more emphasis... As students should be able to learn their own culture first... this language should be taught from primary level compulsorily .. Later on students can take a foreign language on their interest.. BUT Sanskrit should be compulsorily taught at least till class 8

At the elementary stage, education must be in mother language. After the elementary level they can select their language as main and mother tongue as compulsory second language. For to promote other languages, schools / govts take steps to start separate language schools.
