Sanskrit should be promoted as the first language.I have studied Sanskrit in vernacular languages!!! The Congis have nearly killed this. Sanskrit need to be brought back to its glory ..

Good Quality translated Text books for science and arts should be available in all indian languages.English should be made mandatory subject.

There was a lot of controversy regarding Sanskrit being promoted by HRD Ministry. Sanskrit's importance has been downplayed time and again which cannot be accepted. It stands out as the oldest language in the whole world and has been acknowledged by many of being very scientific as well. Not only does it hold key to our religious past , its potential has inspired even foreign languages like German. In the light of the above, Sanskrit should be extensively promoted.

प्राथमिक शिक्षा मातृभाषा में होनी चाहिए ।माध्यमिक एवम् उच्चत्तर माध्यमिक कक्षाओं में संस्कृतभाषा को अनिवार्य किया जाना चाहिए क्योकि भारतीय संस्कृति को जानने के लिए भारत को भा-रत बनाये रखने के लिए संस्कृतभाषा का ज्ञान आवश्यक है ।इसी के द्वारा हम अपने शास्त्रों में वर्णित ज्ञान से आनेवाली पीढ़ी को अवगत करा सकते हैं ।

There should be atleast 1 course in Minor Local Dialects(which are not provided the status of language). These Dialects are about to come an extinction or have been limited to rural areas.

Hindi(National language identity of India),English( Universal Language will facilitate global communication) knowledge of Sanskrit, Urdu & Punjabi will not only give new knowledge but also create sense of respect for other religions among countrymen if they learn and understand religion themselves by getting knowledge of these languages instead what others tell them.

Most of the students face difficulty in understanding a subject which is in English language so they do rote learning, and some students even struggle till College level because of English. The learning capacity of any student is maximum if he reads anything in his mother tongue. Therefore, all the education should be in Hindi/local language, and atleast 1 course should be there Sanskrit, mother of all Indian languages, Sanskrit/Hindi will also unite India.
