A multi-lingual society recognises the importance of education in languages. While there are some interventions for appointment of language teachers and promotion of classical languages, there is no comprehensive scheme or language policy and we need to have inputs on this dimension.

Translation studies need be promoted for the wide range of readership at global level and to promote grandeur of Indian knowledge,philosophy, myth, legend, science and all sources of knowledge.

if a sindhi is taught in tamil language then he will not even understand a tat bit. the same language if taught in his mother tongue will make him understand and learn 85 percent faster.

education is just knowledge unless understood. the major medium is the language mother tongue must be promoted. Urdu/Hindi are the language of India hence our efforts must be to make them international languages.

महोदय प्राथमिक शिक्षा प्रत्येक बच्चे को मातृ भाषा में ही दी जनि चाहिए। साथ में अंग्रेजी और हिंदी का ज्ञान भी बच्चे को एक विषय के रूप में होना चाहिए। गणित ,विज्ञानं और सामाजिक विज्ञानं विषय को आसान तथा व्यवहारिक बनाना चाहिए।शिक्षा में खेल कूद अनिवार्य अंग होना चाहिये। नैतिक शिक्षा में गीत, मंत्र ,प्रार्थना रोज करानी चाहिए।

Every children must know social studies in different aspects like study in history of the e nation from the ancient history along with the struggles. For this purpose all the children should able to read in their own regional language.

Higher education be in English only particularly professional and technical education.there should provision for learning foreign language in university system apart from the regular studies.(for business & other purposes)

school education should be in MOTHER TONGUE Regional Language/national language and English are other Languages to be taught in Schools.Up to fourth class only mother tongue,then from fifth start English from sixth local language & Hindi we should keep minimum languages as for as possible in school.in higher secondary only one language apart from medium of instruction.if English is medium than any one Indian Language. additional foreign languages can be introduced after tenth standard.
