Part-3: A great example of this model – MAGARPATTA Township, Pune. I’m sure idea will be rejected! However it deserves a thought! As at the end , you share a paltry amount anyways with the land owner compared to the overall scale of projects.. It will be a path breaking model, can be piloted and fine-tuned in future. Regards

Part-2: WIN-WIN situation for all. It’s like forming a co-op society, having some shares in the project (corresponding to the value of land vis a vis cost of project etc). In place of share they can also be given some properties eg- flats (if there is a housing going to come up ). With intelligent brains around, modalities could be worked out, if the idea is accepted in Principle. This paradigm is in line with SAAB KA SAATH , SAAB KA VIKAS. continued...

Res Modi sir, Part-1: Rgd Land Bill, a PARADIGM SHIFT! Why can’t each land owner be a partner in the project for which Land is acquired? One Time compensation gets consumed in no time. A long term partnership will assure him some flow of returns in future (after project gestation period) & returns in perpetuity. This will give him / family a safety net. A person from each family can be skilled & provided employment. WIN-WIN situation for all. continued...

There are less govt. School which provide quality education . Syllabus should be made in such a way it give knowledge useful in daily life. Some special schools and colleges must be established for physically and mentally backward person .Also syllabus of such persons should be prepared according to their intellectual ability.

The selection system in Indian universities is faulty. We give more priority to titles than true academic prowess of a student, as in reservation for backward classes. 50 years and yet we are feeding on this. Why not raise the academic standards of the backward classes instead of straight-away booking seats in colleges and univ. It's difficult, but then, does that necessarily conclude in reservation? Certainly not! With such reservation policies we must shun hopes of global recognition.

The examination system in our universities is the main reason for their poor performance in world ranking. The passing % is very high but students with high scores cannot actually perform well on field as they cannot practically apply their knowledge. More of skills need to be developed and tested. Online exams can be conducted for the theory part & for practical part of the exams video recordings must be maintained. Researches in the field be made compulsory.100% transperency be maintained.

Ranking and Accreditions would grow if institions keep itself far from political interference and no compromise on selection of faculties. Emphasis must be on logical and practical education.
