"Leaving Certificate" should be on-line similar as that of UAN No with Provident Fund. Every student migration needs to be made on-line throughout INDIA and Abroad. It is more time consuming during State-to-state transfer of parents.

Provide primary teachers with the learning outcomes (what students should learn after a each standard). Provide freedom to teachers about the teaching methods. Monitor the learning outcome of students. Give appreciation to teachers whose students have achieved the learning outcomes.

School management committees must be well recognized by the society and school management. SMC members should not be illiterates. they should be authorized to inspect the schools freely to make the teaching process better.

higher secondary school has a big reality that; in the XI class takes admission full strength but no one student come to school. they take tuition out side of the school
student of XI could not concentrate final XI exam because organize exam in the school.only prepare for XII.
so it should be provision that exam of XI should be organize by the board and also add marks both XI and XII. in this way student will focus on both XI and XII
it develop qualities among the higher secondary students

in government secondary school, students come for only take incentives like- bicycle, scholarship etc. not for learning. it is real situation.
in my school, take admission in IX class about 600 students but unfortunate after taking bicycle, it became 100 students. it is big problem of bihar government school.
in this way school management system should assess and also motivate and aware to the parents and as well as students.

A platform should be made where former students should be asked to come back to their schools and share their life story with current students and guide them in their career, if possible.

One teacher schools and two teacher schools with added responsibility on teachers of ensuring mid day meals etc serve no purpose and should be the first ones which need to be strengthened with classrooms, toilets, boards, stationary and projectors etc.

Companies should be allowed to participate in education sector. Publicly listed companies (so that they have to declare) should be allowed to make profit. This will ensure to make profit best practices from around the world will be implemented in India.
