Dear sir
Mera idea education system k khilaf hai. Ek taraf aap bol rahe ho ki private school mai 25% garib baccho ka admission free karo. But main chahta hon ki sabhi baccho ka admissions and fees nominal ho uske liye sir mere pass ek idea hai. Aap jitne bhi govt. Employee hai chahe wo PMO india ho ya ek chaprasi ya judges ho, un sabhi k bacche govt. School mai admission mai ho. Issi govt. School k principal par full pressure hoga ki wo school ki education sahi rakhe.teacher time se aaye.

The School Standards should include both self evaluation of the school by the Head-teachers, all the teachers, select committed members of VEC / SMC/SMDC and select students and external evaluation by Faculty members of SCERT, IASES, CTES, DIETs and functionaries of BRCs and Block Educational Officers, District Educational officers as a team.

To run a school properly a strong , careful ,conscious , amiable and active management is must . there should be an emotional attachment among the management and school employees . persons interested in education field should be given the responsibilities of taking care of school. Members should be morally bold and conscious .
