school standards: check the sprouting 'BHK' type schools open in home with teacher no experience, no tolerance. put the check on lower and upper limit of fees and shut down coaching centres. school assessment: throw out immediately teacher with no qualification or aptitude to be teacher. India has large number of willing to be teachers and unemployed. School managemnt systems: check the schools which earn commission on dress, functions, books extra classes.

Few years back, the then Erode District Collector Mr. R. Anandakumar set an example by admitting his daughter to the panchayat primary school. Wish more of our MPs, MLAs, bureaucrats and their family members do likewise. The standard of education and infrastructure of all our governments schools would dramatically improve.

IN INDIAN CONTEXT OLD Pattern of exam.was effective when students appear in board exam in class 5,8.10&12th.The standard of student achievement was higher.presently students are being promoted upto class8th.till then they forgot the habit of hard work in studies. In 9th.class they keep the same habit of not taking studies seriously&most of them fail to quqlify 9th class. So,please save Indian students.Use old pattern of education.

I am enclosing the mail written to Dr Satbir Bedi, Chairperson, CBSE, New Delhi Mr Joseph Emmanuel, Secretary, CBSE, New Delhi by Sh R C Tripathi, former Secretary General Rajya Sabha The email is self explanatory about contents of text-book for class XI --Legal Studies (1st Edition-2014). The anecdote is irrelevant with reference to the Title of the Chapter-I- Ancient Indian Law. Such an anecdote would confuse young, intelligent but 'not so mature minds' about their history and heritage.
