There is a need to put in place a School Quality Assessment and Accreditation System to cover all aspects of school functioning, including scholastic and co-scholastic domains, physical infrastructure, faculty management, school leadership, learning outcomes and satisfaction of pupils and their parents/ guardians. Better governance structures in schools striking a balance between mandating and persuading, training of district and block-level education officers as well as head teachers for better management practices, on using data to better monitor and support school performance, and to mobilise community resources and efforts to improve school performance. I have one idea about "School Management systems" Establish a "School Management organization (SMO)" in central level and establish sub branch in each state. all the development activities will be organized by SMO. For developing purpose the organization need money for that purpose Establish one central government company in each state all the profits are spent for only schools development purpose. forgive me any grammatical mistakes. try to understand my intention. Thank you.

4. Stability of Teachers (wrt postings/Transfers) should be priority. Most of the teachers are busy managing their postings and other usual matters in higher offices. Grievances of teachers should be taken on email without their physical presence. 5. Performance based incentive is a must for teachers. 6. Language of teaching should be preferably Hindi or mother tongue. English language should be taught but with minimum stress on it in lower classes.

School Management System 1. School Education departments should be directly controlled by Governor of the state or any statutory body,Mostly Ministers are themselves non qualified and are mostly influenced by the People/employees of department. 2. All the data about the schools should be online. All students/Teachers should be in the database with their ADHAR Number, to keep the track of every single child. 3. Local Teachers(within Block/Tehsil/District) should be selected from the available.

As the time changes the teaching methods & content should also change, with this teachers knowledge also. Hence, like a Driving license every teacher with the degree, it should be mandated that they have a teaching license and expires every 3 years, which they need to renew. for renewal they need to via certification which (Online central exam) which will train the teachers on moving trends, technology, and various other aspect. School having non license teachers then should be heavily penalised

I would prefer the evaluation pattern to be changed, as I see schools cheating in evaluations or preparing well for set of questions and only those questions come in. This promotes mugging and is not true assessment of creativity/knowledge. My suggestion applies from 1st onwards. There should be a state/central assessment team (could be Private/Govt) which does quarterly assessment of kids in all schools based on various categories like (subjects, reading, skills, sports etc).
