Highly recommended: Mandate every school to have Parent-Teacher Association groups. As per this every school must have an association where parents will be part of policy/Various discussion for the school, also they help in volunteering few events. This helps both the way, regular first level audits/feedback's to school and also will automatically improve the school standards as parents are part of the system. As it makes parents accountable for the school standards.

Have a state govt run, grievance portal where parents could lodge a complaint and the Audit team will look into it and take actions/audit those schools for standards/facilities they commit. For example I know of couple of parents who complained that school while registration Showed a Smart class, whereas apart from that class room none of the other class rooms the projector/smart classes worked... :( Again relates to Audits

Ensure basic facilities available in schools and regular audits of those in schools and if not followed then cancel school licenses/charge a heavy penalties. Reason I mention this is, i am aware of some of So Called International school (just in name) which does not have basics like soaps for handwash. Reason, kids will spill over and may fall. It was such a lame excuse. If the teachers cannot teach how to use soap to kids how they will teach rest of things.

Hi, Let every teacher get salary only by Bank Accounts which are connected to Adhara. Institution may be Playschool,primary,secondary... or any thing. Consider this when issuing Income Certificates, because many of the corporate educational Institutions are giving less salaries and showing high to the government. Graduate with real skill couldn't work for Rs 6000/- right!!!!. I see this happen in almost every corporate school in our region. teaching 10th Class with just Rs 4000/-

You need to scrap CCE and disuade all schools from making use of text books released by private publishers. Hefty commissions are being paid to the school management by private publishers for recommending their publications. NCERT books only being introduced in 9 and 10th standards. Most of the teachers are referring to guides and have the cheek to dictate notes directly from the guides. I request the MHRD to take a serious note and put an end to commercialisation in the field of education.

I feel Data Analytics can play a major role in Assessment and ensuring Quality. Digging Answers from the BigData using Data Science BigData in Education is going to bring a real change from Village School to a Large University. I am recently innovating on a product like it and we are able to prove it to. I request people to explore more options on the Same too.

Hi All, I would like to question the fee structure of all the schools. It should be streamlined and structured so that even the Poor Child can afford the education from the best schools if he has the caliber. Then only we can think of equalization and the democratic India in real sense. Otherwise the school would be the business and slowly it would be like the corporate culture.
