Despite India being the critical factor in creation of Bangladesh, India has not worked on getting access to its north eastern states through Bangladesh. Had it been done, India would not have had to be constrained on using the chicken neck access to its north eastern states.
For example reaching from Kolkata to Agartala Tripura's capital takes 1569 kilometres using the chicken neck access, while it is only 461 kilometres using access to Agartala Tripura via Dhaka Bangladesh from Kolkata.

As per my observations in the past few years, I found that inventing or discovering something is science but to make it for the benefit of others make it scientific.
On the other side if the invention or discovery is for the terrorism then it will be a achievement of science but not in a scientific way.

All 3 farm laws are not based on any scientific base , all 3 stakeholders govt , farmers , corporates , have hidden intention and agenda ,which none of them are speaking about , like corporate want to exploit land by producing more , food security by hoarding ,and citizens by selling them at inflated rates ,farmer does want to give there monopoly to corporate and give up there security given by govt and does not want to deal with corporate , govt want corporate to invest , & earn from food

Govt need to create more colleges of science education and more seats ,there are many students who after passing tenth or cbse or icse are not able to get admission in fyjc science ,though they want to pursue science education , also similarly in engineering ,computer , medical field colleges and there seats need to increase ,as many students after twelth or entrance exam are not able to secure engg or medical education ,though they badly want to pursue it ,and have to pay hefty donation in pvt
