Constitutional propriety requires the Central Government to allow a stake
for each State in deciding matters within it’s jurisdiction, considering the endemic
peculiarities, the stage of development, general aspirations as well as the general
development road map.

Myself Ved Prakash Bhaskar I am from Bihar according to my perspective the constructive rules of electricity e in our state and over all country is too good but in the way to to execute a system to manage all needs to empower people of our country at the basic rules which is going on.
In this pandemic Indian government should take a charge to manage and help them migrant workers ine during cost which is effectively good for them during this situation.
