If possible we could have mobile maternity neonatal care vans fully equipped for delivery and post delivery care specially for people who are in urban areas and villages and due to certain reasons cannot reach hospitals due to odd hours or vehicle problems. Also like we have operation smile train ,if possible we could have maternity neonatal trains and do elective surgery and /or delivery by trained staff in villages.Safety and security taken care of.
