The Digital India campaign was launched by the Government on July 1, 2015, under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi, with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy.

Revolutionary initiatives like AADHAR, UMANG, BHIM, CoWIN, MyGov, DigiLocker, e-Hospital, e-Education, National Scholarship Portal (NSP), PM-WANI, and many more have provided the impetus to the vision for connecting and empowering 125 crore citizens.

As we celebrate the 6 Years of Digital Transformation of India, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas and stories of digital empowerment.

Many thanks to Modi ji for bringing the Digital India concept. Right now it has become digital to some extent in India but still villages and towns need to be connected under it. Many villages and towns have been digitized but a lot of work is yet to be done. The Optical Fiber Cable is not laid anywhere correctly. Due to which there is a problem of cable breakage every day.
