I feel very glad to know that indian govt is encouraging youth to involve in budget making session .
My opinion is on indian education system . Every year both state and union govt is spending nearly 30 percentage of budget on education system . Majority of spending is due to each state follow different syllabus and there is another CBSE . If we can merge both syllabuses and make a single syllabus and single system it'll be helpful for both students and government . Every student in country get same and equal knowledge and government can reduce spending on education system . Waiting for this change from childhood and conveying this to you with great disappointment .
Hope i can this change very soon.
Thankyou and regards
Mahesh

Dear Sirs,
Casual workers ,in a specific trade/industry where they are working, should be made semi skilled or skilled by local available ITIs through continuing education programs on week ends(full day on Sunday or 4 hour sessions on saturday & sundays).
-Certificates should be given to the workers on completion of certain number of classes/sessions.
-On completion of certificate, automatically the workers data should be linked to the local employment exchange/centres.

Dear Sir, GE, India is 2nd most populated country in the world and having best young work force. We are witnessing many manufacturing companies are to be started soon and Industry 4.0 will play crucial role in Indian Economy in the field of defense, water treatment plant, Oil, waste to wealth, Information and communication technology and other manufacturing companies like textiles. On the other hand there is an educated youth who are looking for an employment as well as want to work as an trainee and understand the industry and industry wants to hire such candidates at a low cost in order to maximize profit. Both are benefited. After some period if trainee performance is good the please take him on company pay roll there are some companies trainee are working for many years but they are not taken on pay roll due it will be an permanent liabilities but we have to take as an assets proper training they can process and let the company to success. Wages and salary to be reimbursed on time.

Hello everyone 👋👋
Apprenticeship cannot be done in easy way there are lot of difficulty in conducting apprenticeship training for student outside colleges in companies . Apprenticeship should be made compulsory in every institution . Most colleges apprenticeship for student is one week industrial visit in the final year . Many institution do not encourage this apprenticeship due to fake apprenticeship training given by companies on fees .Many company ask colleges to give money for senting delegates to J&K for prenticeship interviews as the company for three or four delegates travel expense , accomodation expenses and other expenses for coming to Kerala . With respect to this govt program on giving assistance for students in apprenticeship is helping colleges and students as this will reduce fake apprenticeship done for money and certificate on money . This program might help Jkians to work in companies of other states also is helping students and many others in future.
Thanks

Our effort should be to pass this information to more and more eligible youths as soon as possible so that they can come forward to take this kind of training . Councelling cell should be opened so that it is easier for them to choose the proper course. All the informations should be available in local TV channel , radio , all the social media platform, all the villages through their gaon panchayat , local leaders , etc
