Good evening sir, We can create a portal for CSR activities..The needy people can place their requirements with details in that portal. The companies who want to donate can choose the activities in their area and Govt also can indicate the priorities..CSR activity is happening..it will be streamlined if it is routed through this portal.

Incentives for Apprentices: Offer incentives to apprentices in the form of stipends, benefits, and certifications upon completion of their apprenticeship. This can encourage more young people to take up apprenticeships and increase the quality of apprenticeship programs. Targeted Outreach: Increase awareness about apprenticeship programs among youth, especially those from rural or economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Targeted outreach campaigns can help reach these communities and encourage more young people to consider apprenticeships as a viable career option
Government Support: Provide support to companies and institutions that offer apprenticeship programs through funding and other resources. This can help create a more conducive environment for apprenticeship programs to thrive in India.
Skill Mapping: Develop a comprehensive skill mapping system to identify the skills needed by industry and match them with the skills of apprentices. This can help ensure that apprenticeship

sir,
Apprenticeship program demand from corporates is to reduce the cost of labor because, apprentice receive very less compared to an employee. therefore, it could lead to its exoloitation.
Moreover, it will lead to job loss of skilled labor or lack of opportunity for semi skilled but, experienced labor because, he/she will demand more salary..this will create unemployment at middle age level workers with family....
Risk of red mark on certificate of apprenticeship will force him/her to be like a bonded slave of employer..
hope you will keep these points and create an environment conducive for skill development and job creation..

For your next Mann Ki Baat episode.
Urge your audience to become 100% Vegetarian and if possible 100% Vegan, to save the Climate and the Planet.
There is well researched finding that we cannot rely on Animal Sourced foods if want to survive the next 50 years.

Respected Shri Modiji,
When I was growing up, the Family Planing was in full swing. Now I don't hear anything about Family Planning and the population is growing at an alarming rate. Please revive the Family Planning campaign again in full swing.

Here are some ideas for the implementation of budget initiatives for augmenting apprenticeship in India:
Create awareness: The government can launch an awareness campaign to educate people about the benefits of apprenticeship and encourage more companies to participate in the program.
Skill development centers: The government can set up skill development centers across the country to train and certify apprentices. These centers can offer a variety of courses and skill sets that are in high demand in various industries.
Tax incentives: The government can provide tax incentives to companies that participate in the apprenticeship program, which can encourage more businesses to take part in the program.
Industry partnerships: The government can partner with various industries to create more apprenticeship opportunities for students. This can help to ensure that apprentices receive the training they need to succeed in their careers.
